If the official vendor changes the release date, our estimated shipping schedule may also change.
POB, lucky draw, fan event, or special benefit options may require additional time because official vendors often prepare, manufacture, allocate, or supply benefits after release.
This vendor guidance may include release processing, POB or benefit preparation, vendor supply, and transfer before the item is ready for final dispatch.
Once products arrive through our supply process, we process orders as quickly as possible and do our best to reduce the time gap between vendor supply, warehouse handling, and final dispatch.
