Krescend Online Event Purchase and Application Proxy Service Terms

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions for using the proxy service through which Krescend, at the customer’s request, assists with the purchase of event products and the submission of application information for video call fansigns, video call events, personal-information-required lucky draws, online fan events, and other application-based event products operated by Korean sellers, platforms, agencies, entertainment companies, event operators, or other third parties.

Krescend is not the organizer, official operator, agency, seller, platform, or host of any video call fansign, lucky draw, online fan event, or other application-based event. Krescend provides a proxy service to support the purchase of event products, submission of application information, receipt of products and benefits, and delivery to the customer.

Krescend does not participate in video calls on behalf of customers and does not complete identity verification procedures on behalf of customers. If selected or chosen for an event, the customer must personally participate in the event.

The final authority regarding winner selection, identity verification, participation approval, video call connection, call duration, call method, lucky draw results, benefit composition, benefit provision, schedule changes, cancellation, refunds, and event operation belongs to the relevant event organizer, seller, platform, agency, entertainment company, or event operator.

 


 

Article 2. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to the following types of events or products:

  1. Video call fansigns that require the submission of the customer’s personal information.

  2. Video call events that require the submission of the customer’s personal information.

  3. Lucky draws that require the submission of the customer’s name, date of birth, contact information, email address, platform ID, messenger ID, passport name, or other applicant information.

  4. Online application-based events where winner confirmation, identity verification, benefit provision, or product delivery is carried out based on customer information.

  5. Event products for which Krescend purchases products, submits application information, checks results, receives products, or arranges delivery on behalf of the customer.

These Terms do not directly apply to general lucky draws or limited benefit allocations that do not require the submission of the customer’s personal information to the seller or event operator. In such cases, Krescend’s Lucky Draw and Limited Event Benefit Allocation Policy applies.

However, if a lucky draw product that does not generally require customer information also includes a personal-information-required event, these Terms shall prevail with respect to personal data submission, application, identity verification, winner confirmation, and international data transfer.

 


 

Article 3. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below.

“Online Event” means a video call fansign, video call event, personal-information-required lucky draw, online fan event, or any other event that is applied for or conducted through the internet, a platform, messenger service, or online system.

“Personal-Information-Required Event” means an event that requires the submission of the customer’s name, date of birth, contact information, email address, address, messenger ID, platform ID, passport name, legal identification name, or other personal information to a seller, platform, agency, entertainment company, or event operator in order to participate.

“Personal-Information-Required Lucky Draw” means a lucky draw, limited benefit, signed album, photocard, or other event benefit that requires the submission of the customer’s personal information or applicant information to a seller, platform, or event operator.

“Proxy Service” means the service through which Krescend, at the customer’s request and with the customer’s consent, assists with the purchase of event products, submission of application information, order and payment support, result-checking support, receipt of products and benefits, and delivery to the customer.

“Organizer” means the seller, platform, agency, entertainment company, event operator, or their agent that actually plans, operates, manages, reviews, draws, selects, or conducts the relevant event.

“Benefit” means a lucky draw photocard, unreleased photocard, signed album, signed polaroid, event merchandise, photo event prize, video call-related benefit, or any other limited item provided by the seller or organizer.

 


 

Article 4. Role of Krescend

Krescend may assist with the following procedures for online event products requested by the customer:

  1. Purchasing the event product from a Korean seller or platform.

  2. Entering the applicant information provided by the customer.

  3. Assisting with the order and payment process.

  4. Supporting the confirmation of winner announcements by the seller or organizer.

  5. Receiving products and benefits on behalf of the customer.

  6. Shipping products and received benefits to the customer.

  7. Providing basic event-related guidance where necessary.

  8. Checking basic information for customer inquiries or dispute handling.

Krescend does not guarantee any of the following:

  1. Winning or selection in any event.

  2. Winning any lucky draw.

  3. Approval to participate in a video call.

  4. Passing the organizer’s identity verification.

  5. Successful video call connection.

  6. A call with a specific member.

  7. A specific call duration or call order.

  8. Any specific signed item, photocard, member, design, version, benefit, or component.

  9. Maintenance of the event schedule.

  10. No changes to the organizer’s or seller’s terms.

  11. No cancellation of the seller’s order.

  12. Normal operation of the video call platform.

  13. Successful participation using the customer’s device, account, or network environment.

  14. Provision, shipment, completeness, or unchanged composition of benefits by the organizer.

 


 

Article 5. Priority of Organizer Terms

All online events are conducted according to the official notices and terms of the relevant seller, platform, agency, entertainment company, or event operator.

Before using Krescend’s service, the customer must directly review the relevant event’s official notice, application conditions, identity verification rules, contact method, video call procedure, lucky draw selection criteria, benefit provision rules, refund policy, shipping policy, and personal data provision details.

If Krescend’s guidance conflicts with the organizer’s official notice or terms, the organizer’s official notice and terms shall prevail.

If the organizer or seller restricts the customer’s application, selection, participation, video call connection, product receipt, or benefit provision, Krescend shall not be responsible for such decision.

 


 

Article 6. Provision of Application Information and Customer Responsibility

The customer must provide accurate and complete information required for the online event application.

Depending on the event, the required information may include:

  1. Name.

  2. Date of birth.

  3. Nationality.

  4. Gender.

  5. Contact information.

  6. Email address.

  7. Shipping address.

  8. KakaoTalk ID.

  9. LINE ID.

  10. WeChat ID.

  11. mu:vve, hellolive, Weverse, or other platform ID.

  12. Passport name.

  13. Legal identification name.

  14. Parental or guardian consent status.

  15. Purchase quantity.

  16. Order information.

  17. Any other information required by the organizer or seller.

The customer is responsible for all disadvantages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

Such disadvantages may include:

  1. Exclusion from application.

  2. Cancellation of selection or winning status.

  3. Failure to receive lucky draw benefits.

  4. Failure of identity verification.

  5. Failure to be contacted for a video call.

  6. Failed video call connection.

  7. Restriction of video call participation.

  8. Failed product delivery.

  9. No refund or restricted refund.

  10. Restriction from participating in future events.

After the application has been completed, changes to the customer’s name, date of birth, contact information, email address, messenger ID, platform ID, shipping address, passport name, legal identification name, or similar information may be impossible or restricted.

The customer must verify all application information before submission.

 


 

Article 7. Personal-Information-Required Lucky Draws

Some lucky draws or event benefits may require the customer’s name, date of birth, contact information, email address, platform ID, messenger ID, passport name, or other applicant information to be submitted to the seller, platform, agency, entertainment company, or event operator.

In such cases, Krescend will, at the customer’s request and with the customer’s consent, submit the information provided by the customer to the relevant seller, platform, agency, entertainment company, or event operator to assist with the application process.

Krescend is not the organizer, official operator, seller, platform, or agency of the relevant lucky draw. The final authority regarding winner selection, results, benefit composition, specific member or design provision, benefit shipment, identity verification, and event operation belongs to the relevant organizer or seller.

Krescend does not guarantee that the customer will win, receive a specific benefit, receive a specific member benefit, receive a specific design, receive a specific composition, or receive any specific quantity.

If the information provided by the customer is inaccurate or incomplete, the customer may be excluded from the application, have their winning status cancelled, fail to receive benefits, fail identity verification, experience delivery failure, or face refund restrictions. The customer is responsible for any resulting disadvantage.

After the application has been completed, changes to the customer’s name, date of birth, contact information, email address, platform ID, messenger ID, shipping address, or other application information may be impossible or restricted.

The customer’s personal information may be provided to sellers, platforms, event operators, shipping providers, customs providers, or other necessary third parties for event application, winner confirmation, benefit provision, product delivery, and customer support, and may be transferred to South Korea or other countries outside the European Economic Area.

If the customer does not consent to the provision of personal information or international transfer of personal information, Krescend cannot provide the relevant personal-information-required lucky draw application proxy service.

 


 

Article 8. Distinction from Lucky Draws Without Customer Information Submission

Lucky draws or limited event benefits that do not require customer information submission are structured so that the customer’s personal information is not submitted to the seller or event operator, and Krescend allocates benefits it receives to customers according to a pre-disclosed allocation rule.

Lucky draws without customer information submission are governed by Krescend’s Lucky Draw and Limited Event Benefit Allocation Policy.

In contrast, personal-information-required lucky draws require the customer’s personal information or applicant information to be submitted to the seller, platform, organizer, or event operator. Therefore, these Terms and the relevant personal data consents apply.

If the product page identifies the event type using any of the following expressions, these Terms apply:

  1. Personal application required.

  2. Customer information required.

  3. Video call application required.

  4. Lucky draw application required.

  5. Applicant information submission required.

  6. ID, messenger ID, platform ID, or contact details required.

Before purchase, the customer must check whether the product is a lucky draw or limited benefit without customer information submission, or a personal-information-required application event.

 


 

Article 9. Identity Verification and Personal Participation Obligation

Video call fansigns and some online events are generally available only to the selected person personally.

Krescend does not participate in video calls on behalf of customers and does not arrange for a third party to participate in a video call on behalf of the customer.

If selected, the customer must personally participate in the video call through the platform, account, contact details, or messenger designated by the organizer.

The customer may be required to prepare a physical identification document or identity verification material required by the organizer.

Generally accepted identification documents may include the following.

Korean Nationals

  1. Resident registration card.

  2. Driver’s license.

  3. Passport.

  4. Youth identification card.

  5. Government-issued mobile identification.

Foreign Nationals

  1. Passport.

  2. Alien registration card.

  3. Other identification separately accepted by the organizer.

Photos, screenshots, scanned copies, photocopies, expired identification documents, damaged identification documents, or identification documents that do not clearly show the name or date of birth may not be accepted.

If the applicant’s name does not match the name on the identification document, video call participation or benefit receipt may be denied.

For foreign nationals, the passport name may be required to match the English name entered at the time of application.

Krescend does not guarantee acceptance of the customer’s identification document, successful identity verification, approval of video call participation, or eligibility to receive benefits.

 


 

Article 10. Proxy Application Structure and Restrictions

Krescend assists with the purchase of online event products and submission of application information based on the applicant information provided by the customer and at the customer’s request.

Krescend does not sell winning rights, application rights, participation rights, video call rights, or lucky draw winning rights themselves.

Krescend does not arbitrarily change the customer’s name, change the selected person to another person, or transfer winning or participation rights to any third party.

The customer must apply using their own information and, if selected, must personally participate or receive benefits based on their own identity.

The following acts are prohibited:

  1. Use of another person’s name.

  2. Provision of false information.

  3. Misuse of identification documents.

  4. Transfer of winning rights.

  5. Sale of winning rights.

  6. Proxy participation.

  7. Third-party participation in a video call.

  8. Improper involvement of a third party during a video call.

  9. Application requests that violate the organizer’s terms.

  10. Application for commercial resale purposes.

  11. Attempts to bypass purchase limits or application limits.

  12. Manipulation of information to avoid platform or organizer policies.

If a particular seller, platform, organizer, or agency prohibits proxy applications, proxy application websites, third-party purchases, commercial application proxy services, or overseas proxy services, Krescend may refuse to provide the service or cancel the order.

 


 

Article 11. No Guarantee of Winning or Participation

Krescend does not guarantee winning or selection in any online event, video call event, or personal-information-required lucky draw.

Even if the customer purchases multiple products, the chance of winning is subject to the organizer’s or seller’s drawing method, method of reflecting purchase quantity, application criteria, and internal policy.

Even after selection, participation in a video call, receipt of lucky draw benefits, or provision of event benefits may be restricted for the following reasons:

  1. Identification mismatch.

  2. Name mismatch.

  3. Date of birth mismatch.

  4. Passport name mismatch.

  5. Messenger ID or platform ID error.

  6. Failure to make contact.

  7. Failure to answer the video call.

  8. Customer device issues.

  9. Customer network issues.

  10. Camera or microphone permission issues.

  11. App not installed or account setting errors.

  12. Organizer’s internal judgment.

  13. Event schedule changes.

  14. Artist-related circumstances.

  15. Customer’s violation of organizer terms.

  16. Prohibited conduct during a video call.

  17. Changes to benefit provision rules by the seller or event operator.

  18. Restrictions on winner confirmation or benefit shipment by the organizer.

Krescend shall not be responsible for participation restrictions, cancellation of selection, failed connection, failure to receive benefits, or any other disadvantage resulting from the above reasons.

 


 

Article 12. Video Call Event Precautions

Video call events may be conducted through KakaoTalk, LINE, WeChat, mu:vve, hellolive, Weverse, or another platform designated by the organizer.

Before the event, the customer must personally check installation of the relevant app, account creation, friend-add permission, notification settings, camera permission, microphone permission, network environment, and device condition.

The video call will be conducted using the contact information, messenger ID, platform ID, or account information provided by the customer.

Connection failure or participation restrictions may occur for the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect messenger ID.

  2. Incorrect platform ID.

  3. Inability to add as a friend.

  4. Contact information error.

  5. App not installed.

  6. Deactivated account.

  7. Notifications not checked.

  8. Unstable network.

  9. Failure to answer the call.

  10. Rejection of the call.

  11. Camera or microphone error.

  12. Platform access error.

  13. Customer device issue.

  14. Technical issue of the organizer or platform.

During the video call, the following acts may be prohibited according to the organizer’s rules:

  1. Video recording.

  2. Audio recording.

  3. Screenshots.

  4. SNS live streaming.

  5. Presence of a third party.

  6. Proxy participation.

  7. Profanity.

  8. Sexual harassment.

  9. Defamation.

  10. Threatening remarks.

  11. Excessive requests.

  12. Requests for private contact information.

  13. Private questions.

  14. Political or religious remarks.

  15. Any act that may cause discomfort to the artist or staff.

In the event of a violation, the organizer or staff may forcibly terminate the video call, and future event participation may be restricted.

 


 

Article 13. Call Duration, Members, Signatures, and Benefits

Video call duration, order, number of connection attempts, available call time, participating members, whether signatures are provided, whether signed albums are provided, signature location, signature wording, photocards, lucky draw benefits, and other benefits are determined by the organizer or seller.

Signature wording, name spelling, post-it questions, requests, or messages requested by the customer may be rejected by the organizer, staff, or artist.

The following may be restricted:

  1. Inappropriate or sexually explicit wording.

  2. Defamatory, abusive, or insulting expressions.

  3. Political or religious expressions.

  4. Requests for private contact information.

  5. Excessive personal questions.

  6. Requests that may burden the artist.

  7. Questions or requests that do not comply with the organizer’s rules.

  8. Requests relating to items or components that are not permitted.

Krescend does not guarantee that the customer’s signature wording, post-it questions, requests, call duration, call order, participating members, or benefit composition will be approved or provided.

 


 

Article 14. Lucky Draw Benefits and Limited Benefits

Lucky draw benefits, limited photocards, signed albums, signed polaroids, event merchandise, or other components provided through personal-information-required lucky draws or online events are subject to the rules of the seller, platform, agency, entertainment company, or event operator.

Krescend does not guarantee any of the following:

  1. Winning any lucky draw.

  2. A specific member benefit.

  3. A specific design.

  4. A specific version.

  5. A specific signed album.

  6. A specific photocard.

  7. A specific quantity.

  8. Maintenance of benefit composition.

  9. Benefit shipment schedule.

  10. No benefit omissions.

If the seller or organizer does not provide benefits, changes the quantity of benefits, delays shipment, changes components, or cancels a particular selection, Krescend shall not be responsible for that decision.

Krescend can ship to the customer only the benefits that Krescend actually receives.

 


 

Article 15. Event Schedule Changes and Cancellation

The schedule, procedure, participating members, identity verification method, contact method, platform, call time, winner announcement date, benefit composition, and other conditions of an online event may be changed due to circumstances of the organizer, seller, platform, or agency.

The following circumstances may occur:

  1. Artist health or schedule issues.

  2. Organizer’s internal circumstances.

  3. Platform or system issues.

  4. Safety issues.

  5. Natural disasters.

  6. Communication failures.

  7. Government or public authority guidelines.

  8. Changes to seller or platform operating policies.

  9. Changes to logistics or production schedules.

  10. Delayed winner announcements.

If an event is changed, postponed, or cancelled, refund eligibility and procedures are subject to the policy of the relevant seller or organizer.

Krescend does not guarantee maintenance of the event schedule, participation of a specific member, use of a specific platform, a specific call time, a specific benefit composition, or existing event conditions.

 


 

Article 16. Refunds and Cancellations

Online event products may be subject to cancellation and refund restrictions that differ from general products.

After the application has been completed or after the application deadline has passed, order cancellation and refund may be unavailable.

After the winner announcement, cancellation and refund are generally unavailable in most cases.

The following reasons generally do not constitute grounds for a refund:

  1. Not winning a video call event.

  2. Not winning a lucky draw.

  3. Not receiving a specific benefit.

  4. Not receiving a specific member, design, version, or component.

  5. Customer’s incorrect information.

  6. Failure of identity verification.

  7. Identification mismatch.

  8. Messenger ID or platform ID error.

  9. Customer’s inability to participate due to personal circumstances.

  10. Failure to answer the video call.

  11. Rejection of the call.

  12. Customer network issues.

  13. Customer device issues.

  14. App not installed or notifications not checked.

  15. Participation restrictions based on the organizer’s judgment.

  16. Customer’s violation of video call rules.

  17. Rejection of signature wording, questions, or requests.

  18. Dissatisfaction with call duration, call order, participating members, or event procedure.

  19. Changes to benefit composition by the seller or organizer.

  20. Failure to provide benefits according to the seller’s or organizer’s policy.

If the seller or organizer cancels an order or cancels an event, refund eligibility and procedures are subject to the policy of the relevant seller or organizer.

Krescend service fees, payment fees, exchange rate differences, international transfer fees, already incurred shipping costs, customs costs, proxy service costs, and similar costs may be excluded from refund amounts. However, where a refund is required under applicable law, such law shall prevail.

This Article does not limit any mandatory rights granted to the customer under EU or other applicable consumer protection laws.

 


 

Article 17. Shipping and Receipt of Products

Online event products may generally be shipped sequentially after the event has ended or according to the seller’s shipping schedule.

Krescend receives products and benefits actually received by Krescend on behalf of the customer and then ships them to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Shipping schedules may change depending on the seller, organizer, manufacturer, logistics situation, customs procedures, and international shipping conditions.

Event benefits, signed albums, photocards, lucky draw benefits, and other components are subject to the provision rules of the seller or organizer.

Benefits or components may be provided randomly, and the customer may not be able to choose a specific member, version, signature location, or component.

Shipping problems caused by the following reasons may be the customer’s responsibility:

  1. Incorrect address.

  2. Incorrect contact information.

  3. Refusal to receive.

  4. Long-term non-collection.

  5. Customs clearance failure.

  6. Failure to pay customs duties or taxes.

  7. Expiration of the carrier’s storage period.

  8. Customer absence or inability to contact the customer.

For international shipping, customs duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other import-related costs may apply and, unless separately stated, shall be borne by the customer.

 


 

Article 18. Collection and Use of Personal Information

Krescend may collect the customer’s personal information for online event application, winner confirmation, product purchase, product receipt, delivery, and customer support.

Collected information may vary by event and may include the following:

  1. Name.

  2. Date of birth.

  3. Nationality.

  4. Gender.

  5. Contact information.

  6. Email address.

  7. Address.

  8. KakaoTalk ID.

  9. LINE ID.

  10. WeChat ID.

  11. mu:vve, hellolive, Weverse, or other platform ID.

  12. Passport name.

  13. Legal identification name.

  14. Parental or guardian consent status.

  15. Order information.

  16. Purchase quantity.

  17. Winning or selection status.

  18. Event participation-related information.

  19. Any other information required for event application.

The purposes of using personal information are as follows:

  1. Purchase of online event products.

  2. Submission of application information.

  3. Winner confirmation.

  4. Identity verification support.

  5. Event-related guidance.

  6. Receipt of products and benefits.

  7. Delivery of products and benefits.

  8. Customer support.

  9. Dispute handling.

  10. Compliance with legal obligations.

If the customer does not consent to the collection and use of personal information, Krescend cannot provide the relevant online event application proxy service.

Specific details on the processing of personal information, retention periods, customer rights, and other matters are governed by Krescend’s Privacy Policy.

 


 

Article 19. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

The customer’s personal information may be provided to the following parties for the operation of online events:

  1. Korean sellers.

  2. Event organizers.

  3. Agencies or entertainment companies.

  4. Platform operators.

  5. Event agencies.

  6. Video call platform operators.

  7. Shipping providers.

  8. Customs providers.

  9. Payment, order, logistics, or customer support service providers.

  10. Other third parties necessary for event operation.

The purposes of disclosure are as follows:

  1. Purchase of event products.

  2. Application under the customer’s name or based on customer information.

  3. Winner confirmation.

  4. Identity verification.

  5. Video call operation.

  6. Lucky draw or benefit provision.

  7. Delivery of products and benefits.

  8. Customs and shipping issue resolution.

  9. Customer inquiries and dispute handling.

If the customer does not consent to the disclosure of personal information to third parties, Krescend cannot provide the relevant online event application proxy service.

 


 

Article 20. International Transfer of Personal Information

The customer’s personal information may be transferred to South Korea or other countries outside the European Economic Area for online event application, winner confirmation, identity verification, benefit provision, product receipt, delivery, or customer support.

Recipients of international transfers may include the following:

  1. Korean sellers.

  2. Korean or overseas platform operators.

  3. Korean agencies or entertainment companies.

  4. Event operators or agencies.

  5. Video call platform operators.

  6. Shipping providers.

  7. Customs providers.

  8. Other third parties necessary for event operation.

Personal information that may be transferred internationally may include:

  1. Name.

  2. Date of birth.

  3. Nationality.

  4. Gender.

  5. Contact information.

  6. Email address.

  7. Address.

  8. Messenger ID.

  9. Platform ID.

  10. Passport name.

  11. Legal identification name.

  12. Order information.

  13. Purchase quantity.

  14. Winning or selection status and event participation-related information.

  15. Any other information required for event application.

Krescend uses appropriate legal grounds and safeguards for international transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Depending on the circumstances, one or more of the following may apply:

  1. Adequacy decision by the European Commission.

  2. Standard Contractual Clauses.

  3. Transfer necessary for the performance of a contract with the customer.

  4. Explicit consent of the customer.

  5. Other transfer grounds permitted by applicable law.

If the customer does not consent to the international transfer of personal information, Krescend cannot provide the relevant online event application proxy service.

The customer may withdraw consent; however, withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing or transfers made before the withdrawal. In addition, if information has already been submitted to the seller, platform, or event operator, correction, deletion, or withdrawal may be restricted according to that third party’s policies and legal obligations.

 


 

Article 21. Minors

Minors may be required to obtain consent from a legal guardian.

Customers under the age of 14, or customers considered children under the laws of their country, may be restricted from participating in certain events.

If the organizer, seller, or platform sets an age restriction, that standard shall prevail.

Krescend shall not be responsible for issues arising from a minor’s use of the service or participation in an event without legal guardian consent. However, this does not exclude obligations imposed on Krescend under applicable consumer protection or data protection laws.

 


 

Article 22. Refusal or Cancellation of Service

Krescend may refuse or cancel an order or application proxy service if any of the following circumstances apply:

  1. Proxy applications are prohibited under the organizer’s terms.

  2. Customer information is incomplete.

  3. Customer information is suspected to be false.

  4. Misuse of identification documents is suspected.

  5. Trading of winning rights is suspected.

  6. Application under another person’s name is suspected.

  7. There is concern of violation of law or platform policy.

  8. Seller purchase limits apply.

  9. Product is out of stock.

  10. Payment failure.

  11. Abnormal order pattern.

  12. Resale or commercial resale purpose is suspected.

  13. The customer has not consented to personal information disclosure or international transfer.

  14. Krescend reasonably determines that provision of the service is difficult.

If service is refused or cancelled, refund eligibility shall be determined according to the order status, seller policy, already incurred costs, and applicable law.

 


 

Article 23. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Krescend shall not be responsible for the following:

  1. Not winning a video call event.

  2. Not winning a lucky draw.

  3. Not receiving a specific benefit.

  4. Cancellation of an order by the organizer or seller.

  5. Changes to the organizer’s terms.

  6. Event schedule changes, postponement, or cancellation.

  7. Artist absence or member changes.

  8. Customer’s incorrect information.

  9. Failure of identity verification.

  10. Non-acceptance of identification documents.

  11. Messenger ID or platform ID error.

  12. Failed video call connection.

  13. Issues with the customer’s device, app, account, or network.

  14. Technical issues of the organizer or platform.

  15. Participation restrictions based on the judgment of the organizer or staff.

  16. Rejection of signature wording, post-it questions, or requests.

  17. Forced termination due to violation of video call rules.

  18. Changes to benefit composition by the seller or organizer.

  19. Non-provision, omission, delay, or cancellation of benefits by the seller or organizer.

  20. Issues caused by shipping providers, customs providers, or customs authorities.

  21. Customs duties, VAT, or other taxes.

  22. Disadvantages caused by the customer’s failure to check official notices or organizer terms.

This Article does not limit Krescend’s liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, damage to life or body, or any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

 


 

Article 24. Customer Confirmation and Consent

By using this service, the customer confirms and agrees to the following:

  1. Krescend is not the organizer of any video call fansign, lucky draw, or online event, and acts only as a company providing purchase and application proxy services.

  2. Final authority over event operation and decisions belongs to the organizer, seller, platform, agency, or event operator.

  3. Winning or selection in a video call event or lucky draw event is not guaranteed.

  4. Krescend does not participate in video calls on behalf of customers.

  5. If selected, the customer must personally participate in the video call or identity verification procedure.

  6. The customer must provide accurate and complete information.

  7. The customer is responsible for disadvantages caused by incorrect customer information.

  8. Cancellation and refund may be restricted after application completion.

  9. Even after selection, video call participation, benefit receipt, or event benefit provision may be restricted based on the organizer’s judgment.

  10. The organizer’s official notices and terms prevail over Krescend’s guidance.

  11. The customer’s personal information may be provided to third parties or transferred internationally for event application and operation.

  12. If the customer does not consent to personal information disclosure or international transfer, Krescend cannot provide the relevant event application proxy service.

1. Where does Krescend ship from?

All products are sourced and prepared in Korea, then shipped to the Krescend fulfillment center in Wrocław, Poland.

After inspection and packaging, your order is dispatched to your EU destination.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

Total preparation time: approximately 7 business days

  • Order verification: 1 day
  • Product preparation in Korea: 2 days
  • Korea → Poland international shipping: ~3 days
  • Poland warehouse inspection: 1 day

Once shipped from Poland, final delivery takes:

  • Poland: 2–3 business days
  • NL/BE/LU/FR: 3–4 business days
  • ES: 4–5 business days
  • IT/PT: 5–6 business days
3. Do I need to pay customs fees?

No.

All EU deliveries are shipped from Poland, so no additional customs or duties are charged.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your package leaves our Poland warehouse, you will receive an email containing your InPost tracking number.

Tracking may take 1–2 business days to update.

5. My order is delayed. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived within 4 days after the estimated delivery date,

please contact us.

Delay claims submitted after 4 days cannot be processed due to courier policies.

6. What is your refund and return policy?

Exchanges are not available.

Refunds are available under the conditions below:

✔ Full refund (including shipping)

  • Cancellation before shipment
  • Damaged delivery or major defect
  • Misdelivery
    (Unboxing video required in all applicable cases)

✔ Partial refund

  • Change of mind within 14 days
  • Customer-related issues (wrong address, refusal to accept, missing information)
  • Re-delivery not paid within 48 hours

Krescend packaging and original shipping cost are non-refundable.

  • Missing unboxing video
  • Minor manufacturer defects
  • Free gifts/bonus items

7. How do I request a return?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is misdelivery or major damage.

8. I entered the wrong address. What happens now?

If the order has not shipped, we can update the address.

If the package is already shipped:

  • Delivery refusal or wrong address may result in partial refund only, after the item is returned and inspected.
  • Shipping costs and packaging are non-refundable.
9. What is Krescend packaging?

We pack all orders using our Krescend protective packaging system.

Items include:

  • Protective inner packaging
  • Krescend goods boxes
  • Wrapping materials
  • Occasional gifts

These packaging components are non-refundable.

10. My item has a small scratch or print issue. Can I get a refund?

No.

Minor imperfections (smudges, dents, scratches, wrinkled packaging) follow the manufacturer’s global quality standards and are not considered defects.

11. Do you offer exchanges?

No.

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances only refunds as per policy.

12. My product is missing an inclusion (photocard, bonus item). What do I do?

Missing components from sealed products are considered manufacturer’s defects, and Krescend cannot provide compensation.

13. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if the item has not shipped yet.

Once shipped, only partial refunds (minus shipping and packaging costs) are possible.

14. Are Custom Order items refundable?

No.

Custom Order follows a completely separate policy and is excluded from this FAQ.

Refunds for Custom Order items are only possible in cases of severe damage or misdelivery (with unboxing video).

15. How does the Krescend Fan Stage work?

Krescend Fan Stage is a special program where:

  • Each order automatically contributes €1 to the artist’s Stage
  • When the Stage goal is reached → it opens
  • Fans vote on X (Twitter) to choose rewards
  • Participants enter a Lucky Draw based on their purchases
