Videollamada con fans
¿Qué es Facecall Event?
Un evento de videollamada ofrece a los fans seleccionados la oportunidad de hablar con un artista a través de una videollamada.
La llamada suele realizarse mediante KakaoTalk, pero algunas tiendas utilizan sus propias aplicaciones, como MUUVE LINC. Consulta siempre el aviso oficial del evento.
- Solo puede participar la persona que realizó la solicitud.
- Se requiere un documento de identidad válido con fotografía.
- Los eventos pueden ser individuales, por unidad, grupales o con formato de firma de autógrafos para fans.
- Los premios del sorteo vinculados al evento se entregan directamente al ganador.
- Los ganadores deben consultar y confirmar su propio resultado después del anuncio.

- SET: Incluye todas las versiones del set. Los productos en set ya tienen descuento, con un precio más bajo por álbum.
- CHOOSE: Puedes seleccionar la versión del álbum que quieras.
- RANDOM: Recibirás una versión aleatoria. Puedes indicar tu versión preferida al hacer el pedido y haremos todo lo posible por enviártela cuando esté disponible.
EDICIÓN LIMITADA Y EXISTENCIAS
¿Qué significa «edición limitada» y «stock limitado»?
“Edición limitada” significa una versión especial producida en cantidades limitadas. “Stock limitado” significa que la tienda solo ha recibido una cantidad limitada del proveedor.
Estos productos suelen agotarse rápidamente y pueden costar más que las ediciones normales. Algunos artículos podrían reabastecerse más adelante, pero muchos se agotan antes de que termine el período de preventa. Si no se reabastecen, el precio puede aumentar significativamente.
En Krescend, los productos limitados suelen tener su precio más bajo durante nuestra oferta Early Bird.
No aumentamos nuestro margen de beneficio simplemente porque un artículo sea limitado.

¿Qué es la opción SOLO POB?
La opción POB ONLY te permite participar en un evento para fans y recibir únicamente los beneficios del evento, como POB o regalos de Lucky Draw, sin el álbum.
Es una opción útil si ya tienes el álbum o quieres comprar más participaciones para aumentar tus posibilidades de ganar. Al enviar solo los beneficios, también te ayudamos a ahorrar en los gastos de envío.
Combinar envíos
¿Qué es el envío combinado?
«Combinar envíos» te permite agrupar varios pedidos en un solo envío después de pagar los gastos de envío una sola vez.
Los pedidos realizados antes de que los artículos lleguen a nuestro almacén en Polonia pueden combinarse, hasta alcanzar un peso total de 10 kg. Esta opción te ayuda a ahorrar en gastos de envío.
