Krescend Group Order Policy

This policy applies to all Group Order Manager (“GOM”) orders placed through Krescend’s GOM group order service.

By placing a GOM group order with Krescend, the GOM is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the shipping, fulfilment, payment, order consolidation, storage, customs, and VAT handling conditions set out below.

1. Nature of Group Orders

Krescend GOM group orders are arranged specifically for the GOM and their group order participants.

Most GOM group order products are ordered, reserved, secured, sourced, or produced after the GOM confirms the order. Therefore, these products are not treated as regular ready-stock retail purchases. They may be pre-order products, made-to-order products, event-based products, specially sourced products, or bulk-order products.

For this reason, unless Krescend confirms an exception in writing, all confirmed GOM orders are final and non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Order Policy

Once a GOM order has been confirmed, paid, submitted, reserved, sourced, or processed with a supplier, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or withdrawn.

This policy applies especially to:

  • pre-order products;

  • made-to-order products;

  • Korean official store event products;

  • POB, lucky draw, fan event, or benefit-related products;

  • bulk orders specially arranged for the GOM;

  • products provided under special GOM pricing or discount conditions;

  • products sourced from Korean suppliers after GOM confirmation.

The GOM understands that immediately after order confirmation, Krescend may proceed with supplier orders, vendor commitments, manufacturer arrangements, event applications, stock reservations, or production-related processes.

Therefore, change of mind, reduced participant demand, participant cancellation, payment issues between the GOM and their participants, or failure to collect payment from participants will not create a right to cancel or refund the order.

3. GOM Responsibility for Participants

The GOM is responsible for managing their own group order participants.

This includes participant payment collection, participant information, shipping preferences, internal deadlines, participant notices, and communication.

Krescend is not responsible for disputes between the GOM and their participants, including but not limited to:

  • participant cancellation requests;

  • unpaid participant balances;

  • incorrect participant information;

  • internal group order pricing disputes;

  • participant address changes;

  • participant dissatisfaction with the GOM’s own rules;

  • processing delays caused by the GOM’s late submission of information.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Krescend’s contractual relationship is with the GOM.

4. Order Consolidation Before Shipping

GOM group orders may be consolidated and stored by Krescend until the GOM requests shipment.

Until a shipment request is submitted, eligible GOM orders may continue to be combined for more efficient packing and shipping.

This allows the GOM to combine multiple products, release batches, stores, events, or order groups into one or more shipments.

However, order consolidation may be limited depending on product arrival status, warehouse capacity, carrier restrictions, packaging safety, customs requirements, and Krescend’s operational judgment.

5. Shipment Upon GOM Request

As a general rule, Krescend ships GOM orders after the GOM requests shipment and completes any required shipping payment.

The GOM must submit a shipment request when they are ready for the consolidated order to be dispatched.

Unless the automatic shipment conditions in this policy apply, individual products will not be automatically shipped each time they arrive.

6. Automatic Shipment at or Over 30 kg

If the combined GOM order reaches or exceeds 30 kg in total weight, Krescend may automatically prepare the order for shipment.

This is necessary to protect warehouse capacity, reduce operational risk, prevent excessive accumulation of goods, and comply with practical carrier and handling limits.

If an order reaches or exceeds 30 kg, Krescend may require immediate shipment even if the GOM originally intended to wait for additional products.

Krescend may split the shipment into multiple parcels if required by carrier restrictions, customs requirements, product protection, or operational needs.

7. Shipping Payment and Fixed Shipping Cost Structure

Shipping costs for Krescend GOM orders are generally calculated in advance at the order stage or shipment request stage.

Once Krescend provides the shipping cost to the GOM and the GOM pays that amount, the shipping cost is treated as the confirmed shipping cost for that order or shipment request.

Therefore, if additional cost arises during normal shipment preparation due to ordinary carrier charges, packaging costs, weight difference, carrier rate difference, or Krescend’s internal calculation difference, Krescend will generally not charge the GOM for such excess cost.

After paying the product order amount, the GOM may still need to make a separate shipping payment at the shipment request stage. This is because product payment and shipping payment may be operated separately.

However, if Krescend clearly states that shipping is already included in the product price or in a separate agreed condition, no additional shipping payment will be required for that shipment.

Krescend will not dispatch the shipment until the required shipping payment has been completed.

Additional cost may still arise due to GOM-side reasons or exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • the GOM changes the shipping address, country, recipient information, or shipping method after shipment request;

  • the GOM requests repacking, split shipment, or special packaging that differs from the original shipment request;

  • the GOM adds additional products to an existing shipment, changing the original calculation basis;

  • the GOM provides incorrect, missing, or false information that causes additional carrier or handling cost;

  • return shipment, re-delivery, or storage fees arise due to recipient refusal, long absence, address error, missing customs information, or other GOM-side or recipient-side reasons;

  • a carrier or customs authority charges special handling fees outside normal shipment scope, and the cause is related to GOM-side or recipient-side information or request;

  • the GOM requests a special service that was not previously included or confirmed by Krescend.

Except for the above exceptions, Krescend will make reasonable efforts to process shipment within the shipping cost calculated and paid in advance.

8. Shipping Cost Calculation

Krescend calculates and provides shipping costs for GOM orders in advance.

The shipping cost may be calculated based on factors including but not limited to:

  • destination country;

  • estimated total weight;

  • estimated volumetric weight;

  • estimated number of parcels;

  • product size and fragility;

  • packaging method;

  • carrier rate;

  • shipping method;

  • size and consolidation status of the GOM order;

  • Krescend’s operational and logistics standards.

Once Krescend calculates the shipping cost and the GOM pays the amount, the shipping cost is generally treated as fixed and confirmed.

Even if the final packed weight, volume, parcel count, or carrier rate differs slightly from the initial estimate, Krescend will generally not charge the GOM for ordinary differences. Such differences are included within Krescend’s operational and logistics management responsibility.

However, if shipping conditions change due to the GOM’s request or fault, additional shipping or handling costs may apply.

For example, additional costs may be charged in the following cases:

  • destination country or address change;

  • additional product consolidation after shipment request;

  • split shipment requested by the GOM;

  • special packaging requested by the GOM;

  • incorrect recipient information;

  • return shipment or re-delivery;

  • long-term storage request;

  • any separate request outside the normal shipment scope.

Krescend values clear and predictable shipping costs. We operate this structure so GOMs can provide stable pricing to their participants with fewer unexpected follow-up charges.

9. GOM Discount Tier and Minimum Order Commitment

GOM pricing, discount levels, and service eligibility may be granted based on expected order volume, agreed purchase size, order frequency, or other commercial conditions confirmed by Krescend.

If the GOM does not meet the promised or expected order size, Krescend may lower the GOM’s discount tier, change future pricing, remove special benefits, or revoke GOM status.

This may apply where:

  • the final order quantity is significantly lower than the agreed or expected quantity;

  • the GOM repeatedly fails to meet minimum order conditions;

  • the GOM requests special pricing but does not complete the required order volume;

  • the GOM’s actual order activity no longer matches the approved GOM tier;

  • the GOM causes repeated operational risk, payment delays, or fulfilment issues.

Discount tier adjustments will generally apply to future orders. However, if the current order price was clearly provided on the condition that a specific minimum quantity would be fulfilled, the current order may also be affected.

10. Failure to Pay Shipping Cost

If the GOM does not pay the required shipping cost after shipment request or when shipment becomes necessary, Krescend may hold the order until payment is completed.

Krescend may set a reasonable payment deadline.

If the GOM fails to pay within the requested period, Krescend may take further action, including but not limited to:

  • delaying dispatch;

  • suspending new GOM orders;

  • lowering or revoking the GOM discount tier or GOM status;

  • charging storage or handling fees where necessary;

  • requiring shipment of existing goods before accepting future orders.

Even if the GOM does not complete the shipping payment, already confirmed product orders remain non-refundable.

11. Storage and Delayed Shipment

Krescend may temporarily store GOM orders for shipment consolidation.

However, storage is not unlimited.

Krescend may request shipment or further action if:

  • the order becomes too large;

  • the order reaches or exceeds 30 kg;

  • warehouse capacity becomes limited;

  • products have been stored for an extended period;

  • long-term storage may affect product condition;

  • the GOM does not respond to shipment requests or notices;

  • shipment becomes necessary for customs, carrier, or operational reasons.

Where necessary, Krescend may set storage limits or introduce storage fees.

12. Packaging and Split Shipment

Krescend will determine the safest and most practical packaging method based on product type, weight, fragility, and carrier requirements.

A group order may be shipped in one parcel or split into multiple parcels.

The GOM understands that split shipment may be necessary due to:

  • weight limits;

  • size limits;

  • customs processing;

  • carrier restrictions;

  • product protection;

  • safe handling;

  • warehouse operations.

If the split shipment is made based on Krescend’s ordinary operational judgment, it will be handled within the shipping cost calculated and paid in advance.

However, if the GOM separately requests split shipment, special packaging, a specific parcel structure, or a specific shipping method, additional cost may apply.

13. EU Customs, VAT, and Import Handling

Krescend’s GOM service is designed for EU-based GOMs and fans.

Based on Krescend’s EU company structure and Korean sourcing structure, Krescend handles import, customs, VAT, and related shipping procedures for GOM orders entering the EU within Krescend’s operating structure.

This means that when Krescend confirms an order under terms that include EU shipping and import handling, ordinary EU import customs clearance, VAT handling, and related basic procedures are managed by Krescend.

The service is designed so that GOMs do not need to handle complex customs procedures separately or carry unexpected VAT and import-related burdens alone, unlike many general Korean proxy services.

If the product amount and shipping cost have been paid according to the conditions provided by Krescend in advance, ordinary basic costs related to EU import handling are included within Krescend’s operating scope.

However, additional costs, delays, or processing issues may arise at the GOM’s or recipient’s responsibility in the following cases:

  • the GOM or recipient provides incorrect recipient information, address, tax-related information, or customs information;

  • the GOM or recipient fails to respond to required confirmation, document request, contact, or receiving procedure;

  • the GOM requests shipment to a country, address, or method not agreed in advance;

  • the GOM provides inaccurate information regarding the actual use, quantity, recipient, or other required details of the goods;

  • local customs, government authorities, or carriers require separate inspection, storage, confirmation, or special handling outside normal import processing, and the cause is related to GOM-side or recipient-side information or request;

  • the GOM requests shipment outside the EU;

  • separate costs or special requests arise that Krescend clearly stated were not included in advance.

Krescend designs its service so EU GOMs do not carry excessive uncertainty around customs, VAT, import handling, and shipping cost changes.

Our goal is to help GOMs provide clearer final costs to their participants and operate group orders in a more predictable way.

14. Delivery Risk and Address Responsibility

The GOM is responsible for providing accurate shipping information before dispatch.

Krescend is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, return shipment, additional costs, or loss caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the GOM.

If a parcel is returned, rejected, refused, or undeliverable due to an address issue or recipient-side reason, the GOM is responsible for return shipping, re-shipping, storage, customs-related additional costs, or carrier fees.

15. Product Arrival and Shipment Timing

Products may arrive at different times depending on release date, supplier processing, Korean domestic delivery, event schedule, production delay, manufacturer delay, or vendor-side changes.

After products arrive, Krescend may consolidate them and prepare shipment based on the GOM’s shipment request or the automatic shipment conditions.

Unless Krescend clearly guarantees a date in writing, estimated arrival or shipment dates are not guaranteed dates.

16. No Cancellation Due to Delay

Because GOM orders are pre-order, made-to-order, event-based, or specially sourced products, shipment or arrival delays do not automatically create a right to cancel or refund the order.

Possible causes of delay include but are not limited to:

  • manufacturer delay;

  • Korean supplier delay;

  • event result announcement delay;

  • POB or benefit processing delay;

  • customs processing;

  • carrier delay;

  • warehouse consolidation;

  • delayed information submission by the GOM;

  • delayed shipping payment.

Krescend will make reasonable efforts to provide updates where possible.

17. Final Operational Decision on Fulfilment and Shipping

Krescend may make the final operational decision on packaging method, shipment timing, parcel splitting, carrier selection, storage limits, and shipment preparation where necessary for safety, compliance, cost control, or operational efficiency.

Krescend will try to support the GOM’s preferred shipping plan where possible, but the final shipping method must remain practical, safe, and commercially reasonable.

18. Maintenance and Revocation of GOM Status

Krescend GOM status is not a general customer membership. It is a special service status provided based on group order volume, order reliability, payment trust, communication quality, and operational cooperation.

Krescend may restrict, suspend, downgrade, or revoke GOM status in the following cases:

  • the GOM does not meet the promised minimum order volume;

  • the GOM repeatedly places order quantities that are materially different from prior discussions;

  • payment delays for product cost, shipping cost, or other required amounts occur repeatedly;

  • the GOM repeatedly provides false, inaccurate, or incomplete information;

  • the GOM unfairly shifts internal participant disputes to Krescend;

  • the GOM acts in a way that may harm Krescend’s operations, logistics, supplier relationships, or brand trust;

  • the GOM violates this policy or any separate GOM agreement terms.

Revocation of GOM status or downgrade of discount tier does not create a right to refund already confirmed orders.

19. Communication and Information Duty

The GOM must provide accurate and timely information necessary for order processing, shipping, customs, event application, recipient information, and other fulfilment requirements.

Any delay, missed event, processing issue, additional cost, or other problem caused by delayed or incorrect information from the GOM is the GOM’s responsibility.

Krescend may request necessary information from the GOM. If the GOM does not respond within a reasonable period, Krescend may hold order processing, shipment, or acceptance of additional orders.

20. Acceptance of This Policy

By placing a GOM group order with Krescend, the GOM confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this GOM Group Order Shipping & Fulfilment Policy.

The GOM especially understands and agrees that:

  • all confirmed GOM orders are non-refundable;

  • group orders may be consolidated before shipment request;

  • shipment generally takes place after the GOM requests shipment;

  • if the order reaches or exceeds 30 kg, automatic shipment may take place;

  • a separate shipping payment may be required at the shipment stage;

  • shipping costs calculated by Krescend and paid by the GOM are generally treated as confirmed shipping costs;

  • ordinary excess shipping cost, basic EU customs handling, and VAT-related import handling are managed within Krescend’s operating scope;

  • however, additional costs caused by GOM-side or recipient-side information errors, address changes, refusal, re-delivery, special requests, or unagreed changes are the GOM’s responsibility;

  • failure to meet promised order volume may result in discount tier downgrade or revocation of GOM status;

  • Krescend is not responsible for internal disputes between the GOM and their group order participants.

Krescend believes that supporting GOMs means supporting fans. This policy exists to keep group orders clear, fair, and sustainable for both Krescend and the GOM community.
