A full refund may be available for delivery damage, clear misdelivery, or major defects when valid evidence is provided.
The video must be recorded continuously from the sealed shipping box opening until the product and all components are fully shown.
For eligible cancellations or change-of-mind returns, the refund may be processed after excluding a 7% restocking fee. Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Krescend does not offer exchanges. Only refunds are available under the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.
Newspapers, magazines, lucky draw event POB products, unsealed items, missing-component items, and minor manufacturer-standard imperfections may not be eligible for refund.
